We offer virtual visits via Telemedicine by appointment. This is an interactive audiovisual real-time appointment with your health care provider. This does have its limitations and does not replace a face to face to visit.

If you or a loved one is affected by diabetes, gather information from the American Diabetes Association about how they are fighting the deadly consequences of this disease. For more than 60 years, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC have been dedicated to protecting health and promoting the quality of life through prevention and control of disease, injury, and disability. They are committed to programs that reduce health and economic consequences of the leading causes of death and disability in order to ensure a long and productive life for all people. Finally, the National Committee for Quality Assurance NCQA is a resource for measuring the quality of improving healthcare.
