FAQ - Patient Frequently Asked Questions
1.
What should I do if I need refills?
The fastest way is to call your local pharmacy, they in turn will request the refill electronically. You can also call the office.
2.
What do I do if I am sick and need an Antibiotic?
An evaluation by your health care provider during an appointment is required to determine the need of Antibiotics.
3.
How do I find out my laboratory results?
    The best time to get routine lab tests done is approximately 2 weeks before your scheduled visit. You can then discuss the results with your healthcare provider at the time of your appointment.
For urgent lab tests follow the direction of your health care provider.
4.
How do I get a referral?
    An appointment with your primary care provider is required to get an appropriate referral.
5.
Can I cancel my appointment?
    You may cancel or change your appointment with 24 hours advance notice.
6.
What insurance’s do you take?
Medicare, BlueCross BlueShield, Tufts, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare and United Healthcare.
7.
Do you give pneumonia and Flu shots?
Yes we give pneumonia and Flu shots.
8.
I called the office 2 hours ago and have not heard anything yet?
    All non-urgent calls are generally returned within 24 hours. If your call is urgent, please let the office staff know and your call will be returned accordingly.
